All orders within Lagos are shipped by our dedicated riders and GIG logistics, Within (1-2 Working Days). We currently do NOT offer Expedited  shipping.

OUTSIDE LAGOS ORDERS

All orders within Lagos are shipped by DHL and GIG logistics within (3-5 Working days)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. MSMETICS does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.

MSMETICS is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information provided. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or damaged please contact MSMETICS within 7 days. All issues must be resolved within 7 working days of original contact.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. MSMETICS is not liable for  any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. MSMETICS has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back.

MSMETICS occasionally offers special sales and promotions. During this period,

• Delivery within Lagos takes 3-7 working days
• Delivery within Nigeria takes 4-8 working days
• International Deliveries take 5-10 working days
