I am not happy with your attitude, other brands do not behave the way you do in Msmetics team. In 2021 during one of your online sales, you said anyone that bought goods worth of 10k will qualify for raffle draw, which I bought goods worth of 50k, after two weeks of my order, one of your team member called me that I won that I should send my address which I was not later give the package, after chatting you on instagram to complain, you people lied that when they wanted to deliver the goods my phone was not going through. Now I also ordered for lashes last week,out of what I ordered, I ordered Rebelle lashes set you went ahead and gave me Vitamin , which I called your customer service line to complain bitterly after paying #4000 fee for dispatch you people are now given wrong order, the guy that answered me was telling me I don’t need to shout that they will replace it for me up. Till today have not received the replacement, that is a mistake, what kind of mistake is that and you want me to believe that. This is my order no: 12258.
